Hi everyone. Well, I'm back--at least I think I am. I hope I won't fall off the face of the earth again.
But, just to catch you up-to-date. Erik has graduated from the nursing program at WSU. As soon as he passes his NCLUEX test he will officially be an R.N. He is working at a local hospital and loving his job. In September he will start school once again to complete six classes before taking his MCATS exam. After that Erik will start to apply to Med schools. He hopes to eventually be a D.O and specialize in Cardiology. I'm very happy for him and will support him all the way. I am just glad he loves what he does.
Well, I'm still doing the same old thing. Working at Vista Family Health. I do enjoy my job, although it has been VERY draining lately.
Now, as far as our family...We have added on. We have a dog now. Her name is Trinket and she's not quite a year old. She's so adorable but stumps everyone, as far as her breed. She is half Shih Tzus, one quarter chihuahua, and one quarter Dochshound. We have loved the new experience of having an excited puppy around.
So, that is pretty much our life as it is. I have met a new friend at our apartment, started taking Zumba classes, hike every weekend with Erik, and we plan to go camping at least three times this summer. Wow...I need a breath.
ANYWAYS...How is everyone out here. I hope to stay connected. But for now, I'm going to take the pup out to run, get a drink, and finish some laundry
